Almencard

THE ADVANTAGE CARD FOR YOUR HOLIDAY

When you check into a partner hotel in the Gitschberg Jochtal holiday area, you will receive an Almencard.

The Almencard gives you one free ascent and descent per day with the Gitschberg and Jochtal cable cars during selected periods in summer. You can also take part in the holiday area’s comprehensive leisure and activity programme at special prices, and enjoy special offers at partner establishments.

The Almencard grant you free, unlimited use of public transport throughout South Tyrol for the duration of your stay, as well as free admission to the participating  museums and exhibitions.

Public transport you can use for free includes:

  • regional trains throughout South Tyrol (Brenner to Trento and Mals to Vierschach)
  • local buses, including ski buses in the winter season
  • the Mühlbach-Meransen, Bozen-Ritten, Bozen-Kohlern, Vilpian-Mölten, and Burgstall-Vöran lift facilities
  • the Ritten railway and the Mendel funicular railway
  • the Almbus shuttle bus to the Rodenecker-Lüsner Alp
